Terms of Service

Foli gives designers AI-generated feedback on their portfolios and resumes, tools to compare a portfolio against a job description, and a community to share work and get feedback from other designers.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Foli. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Let us know right away at info@foli.design if you think your account has been compromised.

Foli offers a free plan and paid plans (Foli Pro, billed monthly or annually, and the one-time Portfolio Deep Dive), processed by Stripe.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll keep access until then.

• We may change our prices, with notice before the change applies to your next billing cycle.

You own the portfolio, resume, and other content you upload to Foli ("Your Content"). By uploading it, you give us a license to use, process, and store Your Content solely to provide the Service to you, including sending it to our AI provider to generate your review.

If you choose to share a portfolio, post, or comment publicly in the Foli community, you're giving other users and visitors permission to view that content as you've set it. You can remove shared content at any time, though copies already viewed or saved by others may persist.

You're responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to share it, including any client work you upload.

Portfolio reviews, resume feedback, and job match analysis on Foli are generated by AI. They're meant to help you improve your work and are not a guarantee of interview or job outcomes, and not a substitute for professional career counseling, legal, or financial advice. Use your own judgment alongside Foli's feedback.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that's illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to share.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, for example by creating multiple accounts to get around free-tier limits.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
• Use the Service to build a competing product.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Foli community is meant to be a supportive space for designers. Be respectful of other members' work and feedback. We may remove content or restrict access for anyone who doesn't follow this.

Foli's software, design, branding, and trademarks are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to use Foli's brand or trademarks without our permission.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, and we'll try to give you notice where reasonably possible.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated feedback will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foli won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
